January 2024 – Second annual in-person SAVES Grantee Meeting in Washington, DC.
October 19, 2023 – Learning Community Call: A discussion on engaging with those who use violence with Juan Carlos Arean from Futures Without Violence.
September 21, 2023 – Learning Community Call: Strategies for engaging those with lived experience. A world café style session with Carisa Clinton and Patricia Moen from Caminar Latino, and Shellie Taggart from Futures Without Violence.
August 2023 Learning Community Call: Small group breakout discussions focused on process mapping and policy analysis. Demonstration site staff discussed approaches for process mapping and key takeaways, as well as how process mapping findings can help inform sites’ policy review and analysis.
July 2023 Learning Community Call: Small group breakout discussions on family violence indicators (FVIs). The discussions focused on how FVIs are used, challenges associated with using FVIs, as well as modifications that have been made or could be made to improve their utility in meeting the needs of survivors of domestic violence.
June 2023 Learning Community Call: The SAFeR Approach for identifying, assessing, and responding to domestic violence in child custody cases with Ana Martinez-Mullen and Tracy Shoberg from the Battered Women’s Justice Project.
